KDM8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,450 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCND3, LCMT1, and MAN1C1. Each is linked with KDM8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM8-to-partner and partner-to-KDM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KDM8 versus KCND3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
