KDM6B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM6B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,246 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A1, SPEF1, and RLN1. Each is linked with KDM6B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM6B-to-partner and partner-to-KDM6B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KDM6B versus SLC5A1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
