KDM4B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM4B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,668 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENO2, MIR210HG, and POLR2F. Each is linked with KDM4B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM4B-to-partner and partner-to-KDM4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KDM4B versus ENO2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
