KDM4B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM4B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,650 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are KMT5AP1, VDAC1P7, and RNU6-218P. Each is linked with KDM4B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM4B-to-partner and partner-to-KDM4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KMT5AP1 grouped by KDM4B-low versus KDM4B-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
