KDM3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,207 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, GPRIN3, and SRSF2. Each is linked with KDM3A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM3A-to-partner and partner-to-KDM3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KDM3A versus SNRPD3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
