Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,764 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KDM3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, PGK1, and NCAPD2. Each is linked with KDM3A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM3A-to-partner and partner-to-KDM3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KDM3A versus GAPDH in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
