Across TCGA cell cohorts, KDM3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,553 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Formaldehyde metabolic process, Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, and Mitotic cytokinesis. Each is linked with KDM3A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM3A-to-partner and partner-to-KDM3A results are reported.
