KDM2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,933 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPF40A, RAD9A, and RELA. Each is linked with KDM2A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM2A-to-partner and partner-to-KDM2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KDM2A versus PRPF40A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
