KDM2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,294 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF18A, MTFR2, and CDCA5. Each is linked with KDM2A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM2A-to-partner and partner-to-KDM2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KDM2A versus KIF18A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
