KDM2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KDM2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 610 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf50, MORN5, and UBE3A. Each is linked with KDM2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM2A-to-partner and partner-to-KDM2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C4orf50 grouped by KDM2A-low versus KDM2A-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
