KCTD18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCTD18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD18-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL3, KRTAP2-4, and OOSP4A. Each is linked with KCTD18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD18-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL3 grouped by KCTD18-low versus KCTD18-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD18→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
