KCNRG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNRG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,646 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNRG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP31_S1178, IGHG1, and NAA16. Each is linked with KCNRG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNRG-to-partner and partner-to-KCNRG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNRG→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNRG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
