KCNRG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNRG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 351 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNRG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4470, EIF4EP5, and KRT127P. Each is linked with KCNRG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNRG-to-partner and partner-to-KCNRG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNRG→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNRG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
