KCNQ5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNQ5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,611 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNQ5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CACNA2D1, TJP3_S203, and SMARCA2_S329. Each is linked with KCNQ5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNQ5-to-partner and partner-to-KCNQ5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNQ5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNQ5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
