KCNQ5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNQ5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,306 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNQ5-associated genes across cancer lineages are F13A1, CYTH4, and SUSD6. Each is linked with KCNQ5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNQ5-to-partner and partner-to-KCNQ5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNQ5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNQ5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
