Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNQ5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,769 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNQ5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of LSU-rRNA, rRNA metabolic process, and 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with KCNQ5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNQ5-to-partner and partner-to-KCNQ5 results are reported.
