KCNQ4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNQ4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,573 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNQ4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTPS1, UTP6, and PUM1. Each is linked with KCNQ4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNQ4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNQ4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNQ4 versus CTPS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNQ4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNQ4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
