KCNQ4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNQ4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNQ4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ATM, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with KCNQ4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNQ4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNQ4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by KCNQ4-low versus KCNQ4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNQ4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNQ4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
