Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNQ4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,625 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNQ4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of synaptic transmission, dopaminergic, Negative regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport. Each is linked with KCNQ4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNQ4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNQ4 results are reported.
