KCNQ4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNQ4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNQ4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKX2-6, GFRA4, and LINGO4. Each is linked with KCNQ4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNQ4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNQ4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NKX2-6 grouped by KCNQ4-low versus KCNQ4-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNQ4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNQ4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
