KCNMB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNMB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,992 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNMB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH2B2, ST3GAL2, and WDR43. Each is linked with KCNMB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNMB1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNMB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNMB1 versus SH2B2 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNMB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNMB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
