KCNK6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNK6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST9L, TPPP2, and PROKR1. Each is linked with KCNK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK6-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST9L grouped by KCNK6-low versus KCNK6-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
