Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,244 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AB2, PTP4A1P6, and MIR7702. Each is linked with KCNK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
