Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNK16-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, PDCD4, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with KCNK16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK16-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK16 results are reported.
