KCNK12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,987 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2-OT1, CPT1C, and UNC13A. Each is linked with KCNK12 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK12-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK12→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
