KCNK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,530 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R18, CORO2A, and CTSA. Each is linked with KCNK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNK1 versus PPP1R18 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
