KCNK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,888 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRBV24-1, MIR4671, and ARHGAP44. Each is linked with KCNK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNK1 versus TRBV24-1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
