KCNK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,341 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELP6, C16orf91, and MYPOP. Each is linked with KCNK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELP6 grouped by KCNK1-low versus KCNK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
