KCNK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, Stathmin, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with KCNK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by KCNK1-low versus KCNK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
