Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,064 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagosome membrane docking, Positive regulation of iron ion transport, and Positive regulation of iron ion transmembrane transport. Each is linked with KCNK1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK1 results are reported.
