Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNJ6-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,690 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ6-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Regulation of JNK cascade, and Regulation of cell morphogenesis. Each is linked with KCNJ6-AS1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ6-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ6-AS1 results are reported.
