KCNJ3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNJ3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF15, SPATA31A1, and GNGT1. Each is linked with KCNJ3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF15 grouped by KCNJ3-low versus KCNJ3-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
