KCNJ14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNJ14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ14-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAAF6, GUCA1C, and KCTD8. Each is linked with KCNJ14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ14-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAAF6 grouped by KCNJ14-low versus KCNJ14-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ14→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
