KCNJ10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNJ10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,326 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ10-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCOR1P2, MRPS36P1, and RN7SL75P. Each is linked with KCNJ10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ10-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCOR1P2 grouped by KCNJ10-low versus KCNJ10-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
