KCNIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,647 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMOD2, ZCCHC24, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with KCNIP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNIP1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNIP1 versus TMOD2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
