Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,526 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, CARD10, and SEZ6L. Each is linked with KCNIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNIP1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNIP1 versus CYTH4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
