KCNIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,832 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC9, CEP128, and PSMD9. Each is linked with KCNIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNIP1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC9 grouped by KCNIP1-low versus KCNIP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
