Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,703 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNG4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Recombinational repair, Protein targeting to membrane, and Negative regulation of neuron apoptotic process. Each is linked with KCNG4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNG4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNG4 results are reported.
