Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,414 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13C2, ISCA1P2, and TSPY26P. Each is linked with KCNG4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNG4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13C2 grouped by KCNG4-low versus KCNG4-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
