KCNG4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNG4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and ATM. Each is linked with KCNG4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNG4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by KCNG4-low versus KCNG4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
