The most reproducible KCNG4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA double-strand break attachment to nuclear envelope, Regulation of fibroblast migration, and Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion. Each is linked with KCNG4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNG4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNG4 results are reported.
