KCNE3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,398 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNE3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADK, DIAPH2, and ALDH1A1. Each is linked with KCNE3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNE3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNE3 versus ADK in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
