KCNB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,896 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UPP1, RBM47, and BZW1. Each is linked with KCNB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNB2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNB2 versus UPP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
