KCNA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, MIG-6, and FASN. Each is linked with KCNA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by KCNA3-low versus KCNA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
