KCNA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,905 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFATC2IP, DNTT, and CTC1. Each is linked with KCNA3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNA3 versus NFATC2IP in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
