KCNA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 531 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10G7, BANF2, and FERD3L. Each is linked with KCNA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10G7 grouped by KCNA3-low versus KCNA3-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
