KCNA10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNA10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,486 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKAP2L, POLE2, and CHEK1. Each is linked with KCNA10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA10-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CKAP2L grouped by KCNA10-low versus KCNA10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
