KCNA10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNA10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are STRA8, FGF21, and RAMP3. Each is linked with KCNA10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA10-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STRA8 grouped by KCNA10-low versus KCNA10-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
