KBTBD11-OT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KBTBD11-OT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,855 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KBTBD11-OT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KBTBD11, PAXIP1-DT, and PRANCR. Each is linked with KBTBD11-OT1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KBTBD11-OT1-to-partner and partner-to-KBTBD11-OT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KBTBD11-OT1 versus KBTBD11 in PCPG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KBTBD11-OT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KBTBD11-OT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
