Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KBTBD11-OT1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KBTBD11-OT1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher KBTBD11-OT1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KBTBD11-OT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and LIHC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUSC, and READ are the cancer types where KBTBD11-OT1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
